The Clean Times

The Clean Times Subcommittee has it's Production Meetings on the last Wednesday of each month at 7pm in the CAMH Room 4100.

If you would like to learn about Newsletter Publishing or you already have experience with this, please join us! The Clean Times is looking for members. There are no "clean time" requirements to volunteer with The Clean Times. It's a great place to start and learn about Area Service!

The Clean Times Mission Statement

In accordance with the Toronto Area Policies and Procedures: "The Clean Times Newsletter reports information concerning the Area Groups, Services and Events." (TASC P&P, Art. 10, Sect. 5.2)

In accordance with The Handbook for Narcotics Anonymous Newsletters: ". they (newsletters) build NA Unity through communication. ". (this) usually falls into one of two categories: NA News, or personal experience with recovery from addiction. NA news is provided to help unify an area or region, so that in keeping with our First Tradition, personal recovery is made more available. Sharing personal experience lends the flavour of an NA meeting to the newsletter.

In both cases, our Fifth Tradition must always be the guiding principle: Our primary purpose is to carry the message to the addict who still suffers." (Handbook for Narcotics Anonymous Newsletters Pg. 1, What Is A Newsletter)
